Order Procedures

Order Online

Once you have decided on the product, size and any optional extras that you wish to purchase. Click: Add to basket, the next screen will allow you to check that everything is correct or you may want to alter or add something.
Click: Checkout, this screen confirms order details, find you correct postcode this will let you know if there may be a delivery charge, then complete your Name Address & contact numbers. Click: Continue to next step, this produces a summary of the order details. Click: Submit order to us, this will take you to the Payment Service Provider PSP. You will then receive confirmation emails also a copy of the order will be posted to you with the delivery date shown.

For an order placed upon this web site, we will collect your card details privately and securely using our Payment Service Provider (PSP). See the SECPay link for more information.

The following cards are accepted for an online order.

Credit cards: Visa & MasterCard. Debit cards: Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta, JCB, Switch

Alternatively if you wish to you can submit the order to us without the payments being made online by the PSP, we will then ring you to obtain the payment details. We are able to take American Express payments with this order method.

Faxed Order

Orders are accepted via fax, these will need to be printed clearly stating the Type, Style, Size and Code of the building along with its pricing also if possible a small sketch showing the door & window positions along with any special requirements and payment details, if you would like us to ring you back to discuss the order or to acquire the payment details please state so on the fax.

The following cards are accepted for a faxed order.

Credit cards: Visa & MasterCard. Debit cards: Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta, JCB, American Express
* you can also pay by cheque for a faxed order if you wish, although we will require payment prior to processing.

We will then post your order confirmation and delivery date to you.
Please check the order carefully, upon receipt we may request you to ring and confirm that the order is correct before the manufacturing process begins.

Telephone Order

For an order placed by telephone 01634 200694, you will need the brochure or web site in front of you. You can then quote the Type, Style, Size etc to us using any relevant codes & descriptions. We will then repeat your details to you and request payment details to accompany the order being placed.
